KYC (Know Your Customer) is a Central Bank of the UAE requirement. All banks must keep your identity documents and information current. If you've received a notification from us, your records are due for an update.

Address proof
Your notification shows how many days you have left. If you miss the deadline, we may restrict your debit card, credit card, cheque book requests, and digital banking access. In some cases, your account could be closed.
